How to change your desktop (you may only do this with permission)

1. go to the internet and search for a picture, you may only do scenery or animals
2. click on picture, click on “see full size image”
3. save image as ->give it a name you will know, make sure you note where you are saving the picture (the ideal place would be in your pictures file)
4. open system preferences ->select Desktop and Screensaver
5. select “desktop” ->select your picture
6. do not select “change picture” this will make your computer run slower during class
7. do not change settings in screen saver
8. close system preferences

Changing your desktop is a priviledge.

Saving Images

• find full size image
• rt click (ctrl+click) -> save image as (make sure you give it a name you will remember)
• save to pictures or desktop
